Electrodeposition
Electrodeposition process is based on the principle of Faraday’s law of electrolysis. It is a simple wet chemical process used to deposit variety of metals, alloys and composite coatings. The properties of electrodeposited coatings can be tailored to suit a given application by altering the bath chemistry and deposition conditions. Wide range of coating thicknesses can be achieved in this process. Complicated free forms can also be developed.
