VENKATARAMANA BONU DR

Dr. Venkataramana Bonu has expertise on semiconducting SnO2 nanostructures. He has also worked on synthesis of metal oxide nanostructures (quantum dots, nanoparticles, nanowires), and nanocomposite materials made out of metal oxides (SnO2, ZnO, TiO2) and two dimensional materials (SnO, Graphene, Graphene oxide, CNT) for energy storage and gas sensing applications.

His current research interests include nanostructured multilayered erosion resistant coatings for compressor blades.
