He has a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani (1995). He joined NAL in Dec 1996 as Scientist B. He working areas are Flight Simulation, Design and Development of Visual System, Data acquisition system for simulators.

Awards received by him are :

1. Outstanding Performance Award for Distributed PC based Engineer-in-Loop Simulator in 2005-06
2. CSIR-NAL Technology Rolling Shield for Outstanding Group Achievement in Design & Development of SARAS Fixed Base Simulator in 2012
3. CSIR-NAL Technology Shield for Outstanding Group Achievement Award for Basic Flight Simulator for Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft in 2017.
